2 Be 3 is a French boysband group formed by Frank Delhaye, Filip Nikolic & Adel Kachermi, which started off using the name "To Be Free" in 1997. The group has release their own fragrance in 2002. Designer 2 Be 3 has only one perfume in our fragrance encyclopedia from year 2002.
