Rocawear is a designer label founded by Damon Dash and and Shawn Carter, who is better known under his music industry moniker, Jay-Z. Dash and Jay-Z were the founders of Roc-a-Fella records, along with Kareem Biggs. Jay-Z would go on to become one of the biggest-selling recording artists of the late 20th and early 21st centuries, selling more than 50 million albums to date. He has also made a notable career as a record producer, and has had minor acting roles in a few films. With 13 Grammy awards, countless other award nominations, and a career roster that includes recording artist, producer and entrepreneur, Jay-Z is one of the most financially successful entertainers in the industry today. Debuting in 1999, the Rocawear label is today found on men's and women's clothing, children's wear, accessories and shoes. The brand's foundation was in providing urban-inspired apparel for young men, but the Rocawear name is now a fully-developed lifestyle brand. Licensing agreements have expanded the Rocawear offering to include such diverse goods as handbags, belts, shoes, jewelry, lingerie and fragrances. Rocawear fragrances are offered in conjunction with Elizabeth Arden. The company's first fragrance 9IX for men, debuted in 2008. Designer Rocawear has 3 perfumes in our fragrance base.
