Sasva is an Indian brand. "SASVA (Sanskrit) means "excellent", "praiseworthy" and "laudable". Our logo is a variation on the thousand petal lotus which in Indian culture is a symbol of supreme consciousness, the universal spirit and the universal mind.  The ornate opulence, sensuality and decadent sensuousness of historical and contemporary Indian and wider oriental cultures is at the heart of our ethos. We take our inspiration from poetry, music, art, films, emotions and settings that inspire us to create fragrances imbued with profundity and character. We seek to draw from the rich heritage of oriental perfumery while seeking to interpret it progressively and are inspired by the energetic cosmopolitan globalised youth culture of our times. We believe in a pluralistic diverse India that is rich in influences and is open to modernity and other cultures. Our products primarily use the highest quality natural ingredients taken from the finest sources. Reusability is important to us and we seek to embody a luxury that is environmentally friendly and respects the dignity of animals.  We draw heavily on the myriad influences that created the composite melting pot that is modern India such as Persian culture and the cultures of the Far East. Our aesthetic, use of ingredients and ethos is fundamentally, outwardly and proudly in equal parts luxuriously modern and oriental. Celebrating the decadent sensuality and overt ornateness of Eastern cultures as well as art, design and literary traditions. An emphasis on high quality locally sourced natural ingredients as well as renewable methods of packaging and production." - a note from the brand. Designer Sasva has 12 perfumes in our fragrance base. Sasva is a new fragrance brand. The earliest edition was created in 2022 and the newest is from 2024. Sasva fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Jordi Fernández, Luca Maffei, Hamid Merati-Kashani, Gaël Montero, Ping Wei Ling and Philippine Courtière.
