To enhance its appeal, I layer it with deeper or lighter bases, depending on my mood. The combination of this perfume with Armani Code's richness or Marly Sedley's freshness yields an intriguing blend. I'm particularly drawn to the scent's fresh ozone quality, reminiscent of the air after an electric storm. The floral notes are subtle yet noticeable, with jasmine being more pronounced for me. Interestingly, my office manager picked up on the rose component, which I initially missed but now appreciate its presence. What sets this perfume apart from others in the blue bottle line is its distinctive character – a quality that convinced me to give it a try.
Like the other perfumes in this series, you receive an initial 10 minutes of exquisite beauty, showcased in this case by a remarkably lifelike Myrtle. However, this sensory delight is unfortunately followed by a rapid drydown that lacks distinctiveness, making it difficult to discern its intended character.
I'm torn between whether this scent is too feminine or not, starting with a realistic bittersweet citrus that I absolutely adore, but I'm unsure if it would work on someone who identifies as male 😊
Really underwhelmed by this fragrance. While it does have a natural aroma, I don't find the scent particularly impressive - it's reminiscent of CK One Summer to me. The unisex quality is a plus, though. Unfortunately, the longevity also falls short of my expectations.
