I'll make it simple. 1. No, it's not like Dior's Leather Oud 2. Yes, it's animalic. Clear as day skanky close to the cage Zoo smell. 3. Yes, it's leathery but not overwhelming. 4. It's really really greatly blended 5. All things related to performance are great. 6. It's only wearable it you have the confidence to wear it. If you are shy to leave that animalic leathery trail it will not be useful. 7. Only blind buy worthy if you are a fan of animalics, otherwise it might be a shock. Cheers.

Very difficult to describe the smell of this beast of a frag. It reminds me of Amouage Interlude. I most definitely encourage anyone to purchase this one.

This fragrance is just AMAZING!It is the beauty and it's the beast altogether morphed into a masterpiece concoction. I never should have liked a fragrance such as this. But it has got me mesmerized. This is an animalic scent. Even if you do not like animalic scents, you will end up appreciating this. You may not end up buying a bottle however still hold it in your highest regard. This is the type of animalic scent which just screams SEX with bold capital letters. It is not an office scent. And it is not a first date scent. This is basically a scent you wear when you want to send the olfactory message that you are down to F*ck hahaha. My apologies, I did not want to sound rude but this fragrance just brings it out hahaha. Let's say you are in a long term relationship or married for many years and your love life turned into a routine. You just have to one day spray this fragrance before your significant other returns back home, and they WILL KNOW what time it is!!! :-D I would say this is bolder masculine counter part of Salome Papillon Artisan Perfumes. While Salome is still sexy and classy with a mature teasing naughtiness to it. Afrika Olifant is right to the point, no beating around the bush force of sexy. Before I never quite understood why people pegged musk and animalic notes as sexy. However This one ( and also Salome) made me understand why.

Imagine this: Roja Enigma has a baby with Zoologist Hyrax. BOOM. Afrika-Olifant is born. I tried the Nishane 12 piece discovery. I was super bored by all of them. This one is different though—it's really excellent, not boring, and is the animalic dream you might have hoped for. The first hour it has a distinct Enigma vibe with an almost coca-cola feeling. It's like if Enigma decided to go a very animalic direction. You have to like animalics to like this though, so if you don't, skip it. This one isn't bluffing.

What an incredible monster. This is exactly what I've been looking for in a new scent. It's loud, it's dark, it's dirty - almost nasty ;) Spraying this on paper is completely different than on skin. The harsh citrusy (ammonia like) notes at the top die down on skin after 15 minutes and you're left with a very dirty, monstrously projecting animalic sexiness. I love this.
