No one is gonna tell you this smells bad, it smells really..."nice". You know what else smells nice? Most blue frags, and about 1,000 others that you can get for a fraction of the price. Even ones that perform as well are much cheaper and can evoke more emotion. This, to me, smells like a more natural Chanel. If that appeals to you, great. I think many people will like this enough to buy, and that makes sense, but to me, it's not special enough. To clarify, I don't need anything crazy, pungent, or groundbreaking to be special enough to warrant a purchase, i just need it to evoke emotion, and this doesn't do that for me. Very natural, nice smelling, smells expensive and classy, a freshie with warmth from the amyris, smells concentrated yet airy (being an extrait-freshie i guess does that). The classiest and maybe best of the versatile dumb reaches, but i'll stick to cheaper scents for that purpose.

It smells like a high quality head and shoulders shampoo smell. Sample this first, mediocre scent that is way overpriced IMO.

I absolutely love this frag, like would have it on my “for life” list, would have this as a signature scent Drives me crazy that people say this is designer’sh, I completely disagree My experience with this, and what makes this niche AF is that is changes based on the temperature. During the summer, there are citrusy and coconut notes that come out. As is gets cooler, there is a more earthy and baking chocolate tone to it. Not designer, completely changes and morphs, a lot of depth.

I've worn this few times (from an official MFK sample) and within an hour it's a skin scent. After two hours I have to dig my nose into my skin to smell anything at all. I don't have dry skin, nor am I going anosmic. Just way below average performance for me, every time. Scent is closer to Musk Therapy than Allure Homme - laundry clean, sweet vanilla, citrus, creamy sandalwood - with touches of spice and resin that make it more masculine. Not really interesting enough to consider it after the weak performance (and absolutely silly price tag).

Amyris Extrait is one of my favorite discoveries of the past year. Such a classy, friendly, elegant scent that's extremely versatile and blended perfectly. It's the ideal scent for professional daytime wear or evenings out in any season. "Playful Elegance" is the perfect tagline and performance is outstanding. This is a highly underrated scent that smells spectacular. It's an instant love for me. Scent: 10/10 Longevity: 9/10 Projection: 7/10 Price/Performance Ratio: 5/10
