Can someone give me an insight into the pear note's intensity and prominence in this perfume?
If you appreciate Al Haramain Amber Oud Gold Edition, I'm confident you'll have a strong affinity for this one as well. However, in my opinion, this perfume is truly unbearable (similarly to Ana Abiyehd & Amber Oud Gold). It has a specific note that gives off a scratchy sensation, reminiscent of burned balloons, which overpowers everything. On the bright side, its longevity is impressive - two sprays can last for 24 hours. Notably, it shares a striking similarity with Amber Is Great by Noya.
Very similar to Erba Pura, yet the sweet and fruity opening doesn't linger as long, instead transitioning quickly to a rich vanilla musk accord. Worth every penny at $12, considering its decent longevity of 6-7 hours, although it does cling nicely to clothing for a longer duration.
I'm not particularly fond of this perfume, as I find it to be quite fruity and simplistic with an unpleasantly screechy quality reminiscent of watermelon or a juicy pear. The idea of smelling sexy is compromised by its similarity to a sweet treat like candy or juice. However, the fragrance does redeem itself in the dry down phase when the musk becomes more prominent, giving off a soft, powdery, and pretty scent. This aspect is more appealing to me. Unfortunately, the projection is moderate at best, with the silage being similarly moderate to low. I did notice that my perception of this fragrance changed after two weeks; it lost its screechy quality and became lovely. Despite this improvement, I'm still unsure about its longevity or projection.
The amber note dominates my senses and feels overpowering.
