I'm not going to be too popular for saying so, but Bee doesn't really appeal to me. On my skin, it's like opening a bouquet of acacia tree blossoms - the top notes are super potent! 🌼️ I made the mistake of applying three sprays to my chest, and one would have been enough. The longevity is impressive, though; it sticks around for hours. A few hours in, the honeycomb, vanilla, labdanum, and benzoin really start to shine through. Unfortunately, this fragrance just doesn't work with my skin chemistry - a big regret since I blind bought a full bottle. The presentation, however, is special! 🎁
I'm not particularly fond of overly sweet or food-inspired fragrances, but "Bee" stands out as something truly unique! It's an incredibly rich, bold, show-stopping creation, with a riotous mix of honeyed notes that give way to the dense, slightly animalic aroma of beeswax. This is easily the most punk-rock gourmand perfume I've ever had the pleasure of sniffing.
This fragrance skillfully evokes the essence of being inside a beehive, successfully convincing my mind that it's sticky, as if I had applied a dollop of honey to my wrist. Over time, its composition transitions from a sweet floral to a powdery one, reminiscent of baby powder, yet the honey note remains subtly present throughout.
This perfume is a masterclass blend of honey and beeswax, evoking the dark sweetness of a photo-realistic fragrance in my collection - sweeter even than Italiana and Bianco Latte. It's as if I've transported myself to a honey harvest, with an uncanny ability to replicate the authentic scent. I'm utterly enamored with it, and I struggle to find the right words to describe its allure. Is it gourmand? Indeed. Animalic? A hint of it, yes. I highly recommend trying this perfume before committing to a purchase - people either adore it or despise it, with no in-between. The blend is exceptional, and the quality is unparalleled. At this level, the price becomes irrelevant. My ratings are: scent 10/10 (it's sublime), performance 15/10 (room-filling and long-lasting), versatility 7/10, price very expensive but justified by the excellence. Overall, it's a 10/10 fragrance for me.
Realistic notes of honey, beeswax, and nectar are expertly blended with a subtle kick of spice, resulting in a potent yet refined fragrance that projects well over time. Its impressive presence lingers even in the great outdoors, making it truly unforgettable.
