I've heard comparisons to BR540, which didn't impress me in the past. In fact, I was initially skeptical of this perfume due to those similarities. However, during my recent visit to a store, I decided to give it a try on my skin and was pleasantly surprised by its fruity and cheerful notes. The scent dried down to reveal subtle smoky undertones reminiscent of embers, which wasn't overwhelming for me. While I can see why some might find this contradictory, I found the transformation intriguing. It's clear that different people perceive this perfume in distinct ways, making it a unique concoction with a surprising evolution from bright and fruity to smoky.

A saccharine, sweet treat masquerading as a perfume. It's remarkable that its scent dissipates with all the urgency of a body spray, making it a poor value considering the price point. If you're seeking a fragrance with depth and nuance like BR540, I'd recommend exploring alternative options, such as Fine'ry The New Rouge.

The initial notes evoke a surprising combination of carrot and gasoline, which is an unusual beginning for me. As it settles, the fragrance softens to reveal a sweet marshmallow accord that I find pleasant but not entirely captivating. ๐Ÿค”

I'm thoroughly disappointed with this scent ๐Ÿ’”. Despite having tried 540 dupes and generally liking them all, I found this one to be completely off-putting ๐Ÿคข. The initial spray was overwhelming, reminiscent of spoiled milk ๐Ÿฅ›. As someone who doesn't enjoy lactonic scents, this might have been my first mistake ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ. My immediate impression was "juvenile" ๐Ÿ˜’, and I did detect boozy fruit notes ๐Ÿ’ƒ. Unfortunately, the scent only got worse as it dried down, leaving a powdery and unpleasant aroma on my skin ๐Ÿšฟ. This is not at all like Baccarat Rouge, and I don't understand why people make that comparison ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ. In fact, my mom's cheaper Amazon dupe of this scent (WAAAY closer) smells better to me ๐Ÿ‘€. Since body chemistry can vary, I acknowledge that this might work for some people, but it was a disaster on me ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. I would not recommend taking a blind-buy with this one ๐Ÿšซ.

I took some time to warm up to this perfume due to its citrus opening, which didn't initially resonate with me. However, after discovering a affordable bottle at TJ Maxx, I decided to give it another chance. Initially, the first hour was underwhelming, but once the top notes faded away, I fell in love with the dry down.
