Daisy Love

This perfume is overwhelmingly sugary and indulgent - it's hard to put into words, but 'yummy' is the only adjective that comes close. It bears a striking resemblance to Bon Bon by Viktor & Rolf; in fact, I'd venture to say they're identical scents. If you crave sweet, fruity, and playful perfumes that evoke memories of childhood treats, then Daisy Love is undoubtedly for you. However, personally, all sweet perfumes start to blend together after a while - perhaps my sense of smell has become dulled to the sugary notes, or maybe I've just outgrown this type of fragrance. While they're pleasant and inoffensive, these scents simply don't resonate with me.

This perfume was a letdown for me. I have four other scents from the Daisy Collection that I thoroughly enjoy, and this one fell short. The aroma is lovely, but it doesn't linger on the skin or clothing at all; there's hardly any trail or projection. The body lotion that came with the gift set has a longer-lasting fragrance than the perfume itself. I wonder if this scent might do better in warmer temperatures. For now, I only wear it to bed because it doesn't last from getting dressed to leaving the house during the day. The bottle is adorable, similar to the rest of the stunning bottles Marc Jacobs releases. It fits well on the shelf with the collection.

I am absolutely enchanted by all daisy-inspired perfumes. It's hard to make a mistake with any of them, but DAISY LOVE stands out as my top favorite. Its sweet, floral aroma is the most captivating scent I've ever had the pleasure of smelling. Although I just purchased a small bottle, I plan to reserve it for special occasions. However, I've heard that daisy perfumes have a relatively short lifespan, so I'm testing this one thoroughly (and liberal with my sprays) before committing to larger bottles. In my opinion, daisy scents are reliable blind buys suitable for all ages!

Extra sugary, overpowering, and unoriginal, reminiscent of many recent launches targeted towards young females. Only someone in their early teens might be able to tolerate this scent. Absolutely overwhelming for an adult.
