Interestingly, I'd like to know if the notes listed on a current tester bottle of this perfume match the ones mentioned in the sticker version. Specifically, I'm curious about any differences between the bergamot-tangerine-orange-lemon top notes and the Italian lemon-terragon-orange blossom combination listed on the DG website.

Primarily and dominantly, I detect neroli or orange blossom, accompanied by a subtle powderyness reminiscent of lavender. Orange blossom is far more prominent than any other note, including woody or sweet aspects, which are relegated to the background. This fragrance bears some resemblance to JPG Fleur de Male Light, particularly in its initial citrusy and ozone-like characteristics, possibly due to an excessive use of calone. While I find this scent pleasant, it doesn't resonate with me as a top favorite. As someone who prefers lavender or vetiver-dominant scents and fougeres, the citrus/oriental profile of this fragrance doesn't speak to me. The description labels it as a fougere, but I don't perceive much lavender; instead, I get a strong orange blossom scent with sweet, edible woody notes. In the mid-stage, there's a pleasant powderiness, though it's not dominant. I would appreciate more powderyness and spicy contrast. The spices present are subtle and non-dominant. I'd liken related scents to Versace L'Homme, Habit Rouge, or Eau de Rochas in their early stages, which share that familiar "generic ozone" quality from the 90's. However, I prefer Rochas Moustache more, as it strikes a balance between citrus, lavender, and herbs, making it a compelling barbershop fougere. Overall, this scent has an appealing quality, smells pleasant, and features a touch of sweetness, but its lack of overt masculinity or roughness makes it seem almost feminine in its orange blossom-heavy profile, similar to Dior Homme's use of iris.

The initial impression is quite captivating! The scent starts with a lovely blend of floral notes that fill the air. However, once it settles, I'm left with an overwhelming sense of synthetic freshness reminiscent of fabric softener - not exactly my cup of tea. While there are some pleasant citrus and spicy undertones, they get overpowered by this dominant "fresh" accord.

This Italian perfume exudes a delightful essence, ideal for Mediterranean climates or in-between seasons, particularly during springtime. A palpable vitality is present, making it less suitable for the cooler months of autumn and winter. The citrus notes gleam with sunlight, while the aromatic ingredients infuse freshness and zest into the blend. What truly captivates me is how they skillfully weave together alluring tobacco and cedar notes. It's not a burnt, smoky scent but rather reminiscent of freshly cut tobacco leaves or perhaps even the flowers of a tobacco plant – an idea that might just inspire someone to imagine such blooms existing. This fragrance embodies a sultry, masculine charm.

OMG! I've got to say that there's hardly any difference between the original and new formula of this perfume.
