Reviews

I had this perfume recently and decided to revisit it today after gifting it to my sister initially because I wasn't impressed with its performance. Unfortunately, even upon re-testing it, I still didn't get blown away by it. That being said, it does have some redeeming qualities, particularly in the opening notes where it bears a striking resemblance to Chance Eau Tendre - that's definitely an attractive aspect. It presents itself as a lighthearted, fresh, and youthful floral scent, making it an easy choice for spring or summer wear. However, its drying down is somewhat underwhelming, leading me to lose interest in it. Additionally, its longevity could be improved; at about three hours, the fragrance has already faded into a faint skin scent, prompting me to explore other options instead.

I'm not impressed, as a fan of freesia, pear, rose, and musk, I expect to detect those notes in a fragrance. Unfortunately, this perfume lacks any distinct characteristics and has a generic, uninspiring smell that doesn't leave a lasting impression. It's nowhere near the level of excellence set by the original Eclat, which remains my top choice.

This musky fruity floral has truly captured my attention! I found myself repeatedly sniffing it on a paper strip. The essence reminds me of a lighter, more shampoo-inspired take on Guess Dare. I particularly enjoy layering this scent with rose-forward fragrances to amplify the rose notes. Overall, it exudes a highly feminine and spirited quality - and, most notably, possesses a tart quality! 😊

It's characterized by its brightness, softness and floral notes, yet somehow reminds me of those old perfume samples from magazines that we would eagerly scratch to get a whiff when we were younger. The scent has an unmistakable "magazine page" quality to it, which makes the overall experience feel slightly cheap.

I'm underwhelmed by this perfume, which presents itself as straightforwardly floral, reminiscent of a bygone era, when applied to my skin. It seems that it doesn't quite mesh with my personal chemistry.
