Beeyooootiful!!!! Gorgeous, scrumptious perfume! Oh Calvin, you've done it again for me! I'm in LOVE with this! It's so fruity, (I can smell the apricot very strongly, as well as the pink lady apple - so yummy, mouth-watering!) florally (all those fabulous white flowers! Oh, so delicate, so fresh, yet very strong) and warm woody smells. It is so fresh and uplifting, clean, watery, like I'm floating in a beautiful cool calm sea, with a slight breeze wafting around me full of delightful scents, the sun gently warming me, and the lovely lovely blue ocean stretching as far as the eye can see, and smell. Oh, just wonderful! Blissfully peaceful and calming. A truly perfect perfume. Fantastic longevity (15+ hours, and very good sillage). One of my very favourites! And I love the style and elegant shape of the bottle, and the gorgeous blue of the perfume! (although it's probably the bottle that's coloured? I haven't used enough of it yet to be able to tell! I'm sure it won't take me too long though!) My husband loves it too, and he is very fussy! He thinks it's very nice!
Lovely and fresh, but I can dupe this with many aqua scented shower gels. I enjoyed my test spray, but it falls short of being a signature scent. I have been using Method Hand Soap in "Sea" and that is a perfect dupe, and lasts as long. I would enjoy smelling this on a man, to see if any masculine woods come out to play.
On me, this is a cross between DKNY Be Delicious and Chloe EDP minus the rose. Fresh, clean, and perfect for spring and summer. I find this more of a day scent and is appropriate for work or casual wear. It doesn't draw too much attention to yourself although people do notice it when you walk by, even when you think the scent is gone. So the longevity is good at 6+ hours and so is the sillage although not overpowering. Glad I picked up this perfume. Update: Make sure your skin is well moisturized. This, I've found, has a very high alcohol content that can dry your skin making the fragrance not last very long. Argan oil helps tremendously.
Love the ocean smell, but doesnt last very long at all. I should think it would be very disappointing when wearing in the summer .
