Reviews

The black currant note is somewhat off-putting to my senses, and I generally enjoy black currant. However, in this particular perfume, it's jarring to me. Otherwise, this fragrance presents as a straightforward floral/fruity scent with a subtle earthy undertone courtesy of the vetiver. But let's be real – it's the packaging that ultimately matters here.

I have mixed feelings about this fragrance. The initial note is surprisingly refreshing without being overpowering citrusy, making me feel particularly charming when first applied. However, the dry down settles into a powdery tone that lacks depth, and I find it hard to detect any notable Violet presence. As a result, the overall effect becomes rather mundane after 4 or 5 hours. That being said, the packaging is quite beautiful, which may have contributed to my initial decision to purchase it. I envision wearing this during daytime hours, perhaps from morning till late afternoon.

This perfume is tied for first place in my collection, alongside Velvet Isle by Arran Aromatics 🌸. The scent is a masterfully blended mix of fresh, sweet, and tart notes that evoke the sensation of berries freshly picked from the forest 🏞️, with subtle hints of grass, flowers, and leaves 👣. While I can detect individual scents like blackcurrants and red berries, the overall effect is a captivating fusion of magical tartness, sweetness, and "foresty-ness" ✨. It's one of the more sophisticated fragrances in my collection, making it suitable for both daytime and evening wear 🕰️. I'm also impressed by the stunning bottle design 💎. My only feedback is that you'll need to reapply the scent frequently due to its relatively light concentration 🔁; however, this minor drawback is easily mitigated by carrying a backup in my bag 🧳 – the intoxicating aroma is well worth it! 😊

Really adore the packaging. The fragrance has a lovely aroma. Initially, it's straightforward, with an unmistakable sweetness reminiscent of blue raspberry jolly ranchers or pixie sticks, accompanied by a citrusy tanginess. As it settles, the scent transforms into a softer, more floral and intricate bouquet, evoking the smoothness of velvety silk. It's effortless to wear and appreciate. I'd be delighted to slumber with this fragrance.

🎁 Beautiful packaging and delightful fragrance! When applied to my skin, this perfume has a distinct autumnal and wintery feel. Notably, I pick up on sweet violet, blackcurrant, and luscious red berries scents. While it's an enjoyable perfume, the stunning bottle design makes it a worthwhile investment in itself.
