A pleasant, non-cloying fragrance with a subtle sweetness that will appeal to a wide audience. I think it would be particularly well-suited for women in their mid-twenties and beyond, as its gentle charm may not resonate with younger individuals. While it doesn't project strongly or linger excessively on the skin, this perfume's understated quality makes it suitable for everyday wear.

This perfume defies initial impressions of being a fizzy floral aldehyde scent; instead, it's predominantly driven by the sweet and powdery notes of orange blossom, complemented by rich undertones of heliotrope, orange, amber, tonka, and sandalwood. 🌸

I've been wondering about the reformulation of this perfume. I just purchased a brand new EDT and it's incredibly impressive! In contrast, the one I bought back in 2006 didn't quite have the same magic. Were they already using the updated formula that had simply deteriorated over time or was it indeed the original composition? Interestingly, both boxes and bottles look identical. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

The vintage's reputation as a collectable holds strong on Basenotes, yet I strongly advise against it. Invest your money in a respectable fragrance like Bvlgari Black instead - even if you don't appreciate it, you'll at least gain an understanding of the basics, much like learning about the fundamentals of cooking, such as preparing a roux or kneading bread (my apologies for the culinary analogy). Sabatini is utterly unimpressive and unpleasant.
