"I'll start by saying this is a nice scent with a unique spot in someone's perfume collection. Today, while wearing it, I find the drydown (around four hours) more appealing than the opening notes. My partner doesn't like it, and I can see why. It feels quite mature. There's nothing wrong with that, but it leans toward being more traditional, perhaps. Notwithstanding that, I really like how apple is mixed into the floral notes, making it stand out in the perfume world. It lasts a while and has strong projection, so just three sprays in the morning work well for me. I believe it's ideal for spring and autumn, even if I'm wearing it now in winter. It's perfect for women who prefer not to feel too youthful with sugary fruity scents but aren't into heavy florals like Flowerbomb or Chanel No. 5. I love floral perfumes like this, so I'd suggest trying it in-store. I wouldn't recommend buying it blindly, though."
Strolling through light, powdery snowfall on a cold day after washing with soap.
This scent embodies classic, old-fashioned femininity. The name feels perfectly suited for an elegant Italian woman. It’s packed with floral notes and has a muskiness that gives it depth. The overall vibe is fresh and reminiscent of springtime, almost like the kind of scent you’d see in foreign films. I’m really into this one.
When I first smelled the perfume in-store, it captivated me so much that I purchased a full bottle, eager to experience its scent at home. However, upon applying it there, the aroma transformed significantly—carrying a powdery, soapy quality that wasn't evident during my initial sampling. Despite this, the current fragrance lacks the prominent floral and apple notes I anticipated. It resembles a powdery insect repellent, as one other reviewer mentioned, which aligns with another user's observation. I’m holding out hope that with time, the scent will develop into the captivating aroma I first encountered, though I remain patient and eager for that transformation.
This perfume is absolutely stunning. I've collected most of the Tocca scents, and since they discontinued Margaux, this has become my go-to favorite. I don’t have any other perfumes that include the Granny Smith apple note, but this one is so delightful. It’s not sharp or sour—it has a subtle sweetness balanced by powdery lilac and musk, which really elevate it. My only downside is how long it lasts. On clothes, it gives me 6-8 hours, but on skin, it fades after about 3-4 hours. Typically, I wouldn’t repurchase unless it's affordable, but this one’s worth the investment for me. I have a large bottle and a rollerball for touch-ups because it’s just that good. It reminds me of Gucci Guilty once I've worn it for a bit, but it still stands out on its own. I highly recommend this for everyday wear.
