Update: My initial impression has completely flipped around! The key to unlocking its potential is layering - I spray it multiple times, letting it settle before reapplying. This creates a fabulous, raisin-y, warm, spicy celebration that smells incredibly delicious and inviting. It's almost irresistible, with just the right amount of subtle masculinity that makes it stand out. Since discovering how to wear it, I wholeheartedly recommend this A+ fragrance.

The scent is a bit overpowering and cloying, making me feel unwell when exposed to it extensively. The sweetness is overwhelming. 🤢👎

Try before you sniff! I tested it out and sent it back the very next day, an unusual move for me. Just like the difference between a mediocre cup of instant coffee with plenty of cinnamon-flavored creamer and a truly exceptional shot of freshly brewed black coffee from a specialty shop, there's too much going on in this scent, but it doesn't quite hit the mark. As someone who loves coffee fragrances - I have several favorites, including Belle en Rykiel, L'Or Torrente, Popy Moreni, Rochas Man, and Mugler's Pure Coffee - any of those are far superior to Cavalli Her for anyone seeking a genuine coffee scent.

Calling this perfume solely floral-fruity is a misrepresentation. To my nose, this is a floriental (floral-oriental) or even better described as oriental-gourmand. Vanilla and coffee take center stage, with cinnamon and amber providing subtle support. The result is a warm, sweet fragrance that's neither cloying nor overpowering, thanks to the gentle balance brought by vanilla. Flowers and fruit are present but play a secondary role, creating a harmonious background for the main stars. I've had this perfume for a while now and enjoy it as an everyday fall/winter scent. While it might not fit in spring or summer, except perhaps as an evening fragrance. I initially blind-bought this due to its popularity online, but was initially underwhelmed by its initial chemical notes. However, those soon dissipate, revealing a stunning aroma that improves with time on the skin. For fans of warm vanillas, Just Cavalli Her is definitely worth trying – it's an enjoyable and comforting fragrance. 🌼
