Reviews

It's overwhelmingly sour and lacks depth. The mandarin note is prominent, but even that feels one-dimensional, like biting into a tart fruit. Only later, when the scent has settled on my skin for an extended period, does it start to evoke the citrusy dry down of Bvlgari Aqua Marine - still with that unpleasantly sour undertone. Even at its best, this perfume's character remains somewhat muted and close-to-the-skin.

When you hear "black" associated with a cologne, you'd normally anticipate a woody, leathery or musky scent. However, this one defies those expectations. I'd suggest calling it "Fresh" instead. As an affordable everyday fragrance perfect for summer, it's impressive value for money. This perfume is akin to a budget-friendly gem that exceeds its price tag. It's an excellent blind buy, especially if you're a fan of fresh and citrusy scents. Just don't expect it to evoke dark or mysterious vibes - instead, it's ideal for carefree gatherings with friends.

Mass-market appeal in the scent of mandarin orange, accompanied by a subtle presence of wood notes. Overall, it's a decent but unremarkable fragrance.

This designer fragrance stands out from the typical crowd, boasting an added layer of "Umphhh". Its versatility allows it to oscillate between bright and energetic or warm, defying categorization. The soapy white musk undertones give it a fresh yet warm quality that's either strikingly refreshing or pleasantly soothing. Upon initial application, I detect a hint of mandarin, reminiscent of tropical fruits like papaya or grapefruit. A subtle note of mint provides depth without overpowering the scent. As the fragrance unfolds, the incense and white musk combination takes center stage, delivering an aromatic soapy aroma. Overall, it's a unique blend that successfully balances freshness with depth, making it a standout in its class.

Purchased a bottle of this fragrance at Nordstrom for a reasonable price, largely due to nostalgia; I used to wear it years ago and recall it having a pleasant aroma. It still does. This scent is suitable for warm weather and has an understated quality that makes it unobtrusive. The longevity of the fragrance is respectable.
