I only sought out this fragrance due to its reformulation, and I was fortunate enough to find three bottles from 2016. Happily, I wasn't disappointed - it's truly stunning and alluring. The added benefit is that my wife adores it as well.
It's ultimately subjective, but I find that the cardamom and cinnamon notes evoke an overpowering similarity to Armani Pour Homme and Milano Cento on me. The sweet leather dry down doesn't quite redeem it...the scent is reminiscent of a blue/silver juice. While the bottle itself is stunning, my heart remains with Fleur du, Ultra, and Le Parfum as my top preferences.
