Reviews

Tres Nuit's & CDNIM's love child.

After letting the bottle sit at the shelf for a week, the scent has really improved. I didn't believe in maceration, but it worked for the Le Parfait bottle I purchased. Le Parfait Pour Homme is dense, really spicy, a little bit sweet, leafy, musky, powdery, and woody. The opening feels natural and smooth, it doesn't have the offensive synthetic & sharp overly citrus kind of opening. Top notes do not stay for too long as it dissipates in less than 30 minutes. 2-3 feet projection for the first hour, then sits closer around 1-2 feet. On my skin, this lasts 4-6 hours. This is not your typical freshie that is citrusy or aquatic, however this is definitely a daytime summer-spring type of fragrance. Good for casual wearing and safe-to-wear.

a smell of good mix of CDNI and Tres de Nuit, too bad it lasts a max 1 hour in performance :(

I almost dismissed it immediately because that Green Irish Tweed/Cool Water vibe felt so 'been there, done that.' But Le Parfait does put its own spin on that formula: it's sweeter and fruitier. If you like sweet scents, you might like Le Parfait as a modern take on those 80s classics.

There is a tiny bit of GIT but it reminds me of Liz Claiborne Curve much more, probably due to pineapple...if I shall to compare it to another scents, it would be 80% Curve, 10% GIT and 10% Cool Water - no Aventus vibe on my skin... It is nice, fresh, inoffensive scent, suitable for warmer weather. Imo it would find most fans among 30+ group...
