Summer in a bottle: beachy, citrusy, coconutty, flirty, happy, fresh, and warm! Instant mood lifter for sure. Original Light Blue has never been a stand-out for me but Light Blue Sun is top shelf right now. I can't picture wearing this in any other season than summer though. Thinking of bikinis, sundresses, straw hats and espadrilles. Beach cabanas, adirondack chairs, daquiri shacks, mojitos, beachside hangouts... love, love, love this scent.

I do not like this one. It's not what I expected having smelled the original Light Blue which I was thinking of buying. However when I saw the coconut, vanilla and frangipani notes in this I got excited and bought this one, much to my regret. I guess I was expecting something that smelled like a citrusy pina colada but instead I get a weird 'fragrance on a card' smell but sprayed on my skin. I cannot pick up any of the notes I was interested in but I do get the DNA of the original, crisp sour apple, citrus and jasmine but its weak and watered down compared to the original. I wish I had tested this before buying!

Sadly, all I smell is lemon and apple. I was hoping to get a creamy coconut sunscreen type of vibe, similar to Bronze Godess but nope. I guess they should've added a drop of Tiara Flower.

I've been holding onto this perfume for a few months after rediscovering it from when I was younger and remembering that I enjoyed the scent. After purchasing it, I remembered it definitely make me think of sunshine during the summer on a beach. But, after the initial spray, I did not like the ambergris that dried down on my skin. The lemon/coconut, turned into a sunscreen-ish scent mixed in with the main notes. Unfortunately, the only time I may wear this is if I am going to the beach, but if not, I'm probably not going to wear this and I have other fragrances I'd use over this one. Appreciate the flashbacks to when I first discovered this while browsing through Ulta when I was probably around middle school though!

This is unexpectedly pleasant. I was expecting another Bronze Goddess type summer scent - sweet and cloying frangipani & vanilla - I was surprised to discover that Light Blue Sun is very fresh and airy. It's a nice balance between sweet and salty, with the Cool Water-like marine accent surrounded by florals. It keeps close to the skin on me. I love the packaging!
