Reviews

Lipstick Fever has a striking resemblance to Glossier You, albeit with a darker and sweeter twist thanks to the raspberry note. While the iris is prominent in both scents, I find the patchouli and cedar notes in Lipstick Fever to be overpowering, affecting my overall perception of the fragrance. Something about it triggers an unpleasant sensation at the back of my nose and throat that doesn't quite settle well with me. Additionally, as someone who's sensitive to vanilla, I wonder if this note might be contributing to my discomfort. While I appreciate certain aspects of Lipstick Fever, I prefer lighter scents for a makeup-inspired fragrance.

Unwrap your favourite bold red lipstick and get ready to be transported by this captivating fragrance. Raspberry notes take centre stage, but don't ask me where they sit in the overall profile - you'll want to grab hold of its seductive, deep allure like a smoky, sultry lipstick. Whether you're heading to work or a night out on the town, this scent is an instant attention-grabber and always turns heads, just as it did for me when I wore it to both settings.

The nostalgic scent! It's reminiscent of sweet treats like raspberry cough drops, combined with the warmth of melty pink lipstick and the subtle hint of stale bubblegum. This perfume is a trip down memory lane, evoking the essence of 2002, the inside of a glamorous auntie's purse, and the thrill of discovering secrets as a pre-teen. 🎀👠

This perfume is remarkably lifelike, reminiscent of freshly purchased lipstick - a sensation that's both striking and delightful, matching my initial expectations exactly. While I didn't grant it a "love" rating due to its relatively brief longevity and moderate projection, I do appreciate its intimate quality; unfortunately, it disappears all too quickly. This has left me seeking the ultimate lipstick-inspired perfume experience.

Currently experiencing Lipstick Fever and I'm finding it doesn't quite live up to my expectations but still presents as a pleasant fragrance. The title might be somewhat misleading since the scent doesn't accurately evoke the essence of lipstick. Initially, I enjoy this warm, sweet, and strong raspberry note for about half an hour, which is quite enjoyable and suitable for wear. After one hour, the raspberry note dissipates, leaving behind a dry Iris and Cedar wood combination that isn't particularly impressive to me. If you're seeking an authentic Lipstick scent, I would suggest considering Lipstick Rose by FM instead. However, I do believe Lipstick Fever is a great raspberry fragrance overall. The longevity of this scent is quite remarkable, lasting around six hours. It might be more suitable for autumn and winter seasons.
