Reviews

This fragrance is truly beautiful. It begins with a zesty, tangy lime aroma, complemented by a subtle, earthy coconut undertone. Warm rum adds depth, accompanied by a light herbal nuance. The fragrance has excellent projection and long-lasting duration. In my view, it deserves a spot on your shelf as a backup option.

This perfume is incredible—really impressive. It’s reminiscent of Virgin Island Water but with a much stronger lime presence, like key lime. The coconut isn’t as prominent as in Virgin Island Water, but it still adds a nice touch. I love how the sweetness from the sugar mixes with the zesty lime and coconut, along with woodsy notes. Performance-wise, it’s just as good as everyone says. While some dislike ambroxan, I don’t really focus on that much. As someone who’s 29 and prefers unisex, masculine scents (like Nio, Bergamotte 22, and Gentle Fluidity), this one checks all the boxes for me. I’ve tried Gorse and Virgin Island Water before, and this fragrance stands out. It’s a perfect summer scent—citrusy and gourmand. I highly recommend getting a sample—you won’t regret it. I bought mine from Luckyscent, and at $189 for 100ml, the price is fair. Definitely worth trying!

"I just received Virgin Island Water by Creed today, and I'm thrilled to have it in my collection. The fragrance is a refreshing blend of creamy coconut and lime, with a touch of alcohol that makes it feel like a tropical drink. While my first experience with this scent was short-lived, lasting only about 10 seconds before fading, this time around, the scent has been amazing—long-lasting and incredibly invigorating. The scent goes beautifully creamy on my skin, which further enhances its refreshing appeal. This definitely feels like a perfume tailored for women. If my bf wore this, I’d be like hmmmmm 🤣"

I love this scent! It’s a perfect balance of summery sweetness and crisp freshness. The scent evokes the freshness of lime zest blended with the warmth of brown sugar, reminiscent of making mojitos—so refreshing! There’s an authentic tropical vibe without any synthetic or artificial undertones. As the scent develops, subtle hints of rum and coconut emerge, creating a truly captivating aroma that I can’t get enough of!

The initial aroma is reminiscent of lemon gummies sprinkled with sugar. The coconut note is quite subtle. The drydown has a lime rum-like quality with a woody foundation.
