Miu Miu

This straight-up lacks any distinct character, coming across as overwhelmingly peppery and unremarkable in my opinion. A significant disappointment, fortunately limited to the tester size.

Much to my delight, after discovering this perfume through reviews, I've developed a fondness for its unique creation. I acquired it at an unbeatable price, which encouraged me to give it a try. Thankfully, I'm thrilled with my decision 💕😊

The initial impression! This fragrance bears an uncanny resemblance to a rose that once bloomed in my childhood garden, with its densely packed petals and exquisite deep purple-pink color. The aroma was nothing short of heavenly. As someone who typically disapproves of traditional "rose" scents, I'm astonished that Miu Miu has captured the authentic essence of this unique bloom. It's truly divine. While the perfume evolves significantly over time, it ultimately settles into a pleasant spicy floral blend that suits me just fine. Plus, its longevity is impressive.

I must admit that the bottle initially won me over. While it's true you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, in this case, I couldn't resist having this sitting on my dresser. It was a blind buy since there wasn't a tester available, but I was sold due to the affordable price and stunning appearance. Upon trying it out, I was underwhelmed - it wasn't terrible, but it didn't impress me either; it felt pretty average. As a result, I hadn't worn it often until this evening. After showering, I wanted something different and subtle to wear, so I sprayed a bit of Miu Miu without much thought. Now, I've spent the last few hours admiring this lovely fragrance by frequently sniffing my wrist. In the dry down, I'm mainly picking up on a slightly sweet, peppery, soft woody patchouli with green notes that's gentle yet constant. It's easy to wear and distinct from others. I apologize for doubting Miu Miu initially, but now I know which fragrance I'll be reaching for tomorrow... 😊

I'm not particularly fond of feminine or floral fragrances, but this one is an exception. A friend wore it to a gathering, and I found myself drawn to their scent repeatedly. The fragrance has excellent projection and features a rich, woody base that harmonizes perfectly with the brighter floral notes above. Its blend of musky, woody, floral, and distinctive qualities makes it well worth exploring.
