Reviews

Cinnamon completely overwhelms this fragrance for me. Strong, yet unpleasant. I wholeheartedly concur with @violeteme regarding fatal and all-consuming scents. I was compelled to remove it from my wrist after just one minute. Not a reliable blind purchase. It's essential to test first.

This perfume is nothing short of enchanting. I recently tested my sample and can confidently say it's a masterful blend of rose notes, which begin with a crisp, citrusy freshness before unfolding into a warm, spicy bouquet that evolves into sweet and creamy undertones. Impressively, the fragrance lingers on my skin for an astonishing 14 hours, with each stage of its development showcasing a captivating rose essence that transforms from fresh to spicy, then sweet and rich. It's truly a fascinating journey.

The pink-pepper, fizzy pop, and sparkling aldehyde create a prickly-strong opening that's overwhelming for me. Since it's a blend, I knew the initial impression would vary from person to person. Unfortunately, the combination of pink-pepper and aldehyde is too intense for my taste, reminiscent of a spiced fireworks display with strongly aromatic woodchip notes 🎇💥. The orange contributes to this cacophony, while lemons are MIA. The scent is intensely citric-aldehyic without any smoky undertones. As the initial wildness settles after an hour or two, the rose emerges and improves the overall fragrance. However, I was hesitant to buy a sample of this blend due to its polarizing nature – love it or hate it. Sadly, this one is a pass for me 💔. Scent: 5/10 👎; Quality: 8/10 😐

Here is the rewritten comment: This perfume bears a resemblance to the base notes of Epic Woman by Amouage. However, I've re-evaluated Mon Nom Est Rouge following multiple tries, and sometimes a small sample doesn't capture the same intensity as a larger decant or bottle. 😊

A captivating essence; the masterful fusion of Turkish roses, incense, dried fruits, and spices transport me to an enchanting Middle Eastern evening in a bottle.
