Reviews

Is this fragrance exceptional? No. Does it revolutionize the industry? No. But does it smell amazing? HELL YES! So, what's with all the negativity? I think it's unfair that a fragrance can only be praised if it breaks new ground. DKNY Be Delicious and Davidoff's Cool Water have their own unique qualities, yet they're widely admired. This scent may not innovate, but it doesn't deserve the hate it receives. It smells great, clean, and versatile – perfect for various situations. In fact, this could be an excellent office scent due to its subtle projection (about 2-3 feet) and woody-clean character, unlikely to offend anyone's senses. I'm surprised by all the criticism, so I'll gladly stand out from the crowd and give this fragrance a thumbs up!

I've been drawn to this particular scent for some time now, intrigued by the name (Mr Burberry is a reputable brand!) And the London heritage. However, my perfume collection has been on hold lately, and after reviewing the fragrance notes on Fragrantica, nothing had compelled me to make a purchase. Nonetheless, I recently discovered this scent at a flea market and was immediately captivated by its prominent woody, cardamom, and grapefruit aroma upon lifting the cap.

I adore the opening notes of this perfume, which are incredibly refreshing and familiar, giving me instant sensory delight! I primarily detect fresh citrus and mint, followed by wood and spice in the background, which adds warmth to the composition without overpowering it. The blend is exceptionally well done in my opinion, and I'm perplexed as to why some people have negative reviews - this scent strikes me as a crowd-pleaser. However, we all know that perfume preferences are subjective, so... 🤔

I adore this scent It has a genuine and crisp aroma This is an excellent choice for everyday wear at work, regardless of the season.

The perfume bursts with a potent grapefruit aroma at first sniff, subsequently projecting strongly into the air. While its initial impact is striking, I find that it mellows out and becomes more pleasant with time. This fresh scent has potential for year-round wear, although I'm not convinced it's particularly innovative or unique. Its old-fashioned quality isn't entirely flattering, either.
