Nanshe

this is interesting. by that I mean I don’t have much else like this in my collection. it’s sort of yin/yang. both soft & a bit powdery but also kind of aldehydic & spicy. Sort of hazy hay-like spices but a dash of rose. someone below mentions Tiffany intense and I do see that, but I like this way better. but because it’s sharply aldehydic on me I get a bit of a Chanel vibe. I tried this because it’s compared with Love, Chloe but I don’t think they’re alike at all. undecided if I truly like this or not. It seems professional and office appropriate.

A soapy rose fragrance that is quite nice. I have a small dabber sample from Luckyscent and I kid you not...three little dabs of this fragrance from the sample bottle made with the tip of my finger lasted ALL day. I can count on one hand the number of fragrances that I own that last this long or project this much. One bottle of this could last you a lifetime.

Oh gosh man… i wanted to like this so, so bad, i love these types of accords here, love a powdery scent and was loving this concept, and was dying to find something unique. Ive been in the frag journey, niche specifically for at least 4 years and i wouldnt consider my nose a total beginer but this…. JEEZ christ. Wtf Cecile. Im gonna go ahead And expand, since i haven’t found many accurate descriptions for this. Gonna add eeeeverything this evokes. The first time i smelled it i wasnt completely disgusted, i was liking the camphoric vibe and herbal nuance… but then… a SOUR, thick, oily, HYdrochlorydric acid smell…. Heavy, oily patchuli that translated to the smell and texture of vomit. Exactly as described below. Imagine a combination of thick olive oil, cumin, vinegar, patchuli, vaseline, rotten soap, stale tiger balm, with a teaspoon of talc. Mix it well. Now warm it up. Barf. The color that this evokes is brown or brown orange. Or Olive green. (The color of barf). NOT a soft, rosy pink, beige, creAm or lilac. Like wtf. Juan from Hueleme mucho really missed on this one saying its one of the best scents out there. This is not a pleasant scent. Im questioning the legitimacy of his reviews now. Im blown away my nose doesnt comprehend this smell, and the final composition im getting is a sour thick vomit. I dont know if its the reviewer below who mentioned vomit, i just cant unsmell that. That was the most accurate description in this page. How long would it take me to get this? I dont know, but not sure i can call this a perfume. It is revolting, sadly. I am actually a fAn of Nishane and love unique scents, so it just felt like a slap on the face lol. Oh. And of course this is ULTRA. BEAST. MODE. NUCLEAR, WILL LAST A CENTURY. I had to shower 3 times to get ONE spray off my hand. I used make up remover, oil, alcohol and only went away after 3 showers. Needless to say this is my worst blind buy fail of all times. Do NOT trust the accords here. This is not powdery. Id rate this as camphoric, oily patchuli , herbal, thick, sour. and lets just say its nearly impossible to imagine this scent by reading the notes here. Sorry Cecile :(

The opening of this is very beautiful with the spices but also floral and a little "watery" if it makes sense (: I cannot think of anything else smelling like that, its quite unique. Then it is getting very powdery which is also nice but after around 30-40 min the only thing I can smell is soap... Same with my husband - I was hoping it was just me, because I really adored the opening. I gave it 3 tries but every time just soap after a while, its probably my skin chemistry. Thankfully I have just a decant, this is a pass for me.
