I'm utterly devoted to my go-to perfumes that I wear consistently; their rich, smoky, and Patchouli aroma has a profound effect on me. While suitable for all seasons, they're particularly well-suited for spring, autumn, and winter. Although pricey, the quality justifies the expense, making it a worthwhile investment.
Extremely woody aroma.
A refreshing blend of smoke and birch that evokes the crisp atmosphere of an outdoor campfire, rather than a dense and dark fireplace. This fragrance strikes a perfect balance, avoiding overpowering notes and instead offering a subtle, pleasant scent reminiscent of birch wood being burned. I'm pleased to report that the Patchouli is well-integrated, without any strong, earthy undertones that might otherwise dominate the composition. Furthermore, there's no hint of burnt grass or damp soil, allowing the sweet, smoky aroma of the birch to take center stage. Overall, this is a lovely scent that I could easily see myself wearing during the warm summer months.
The initial blast is potent, with notes of sweetness, brininess, and abrasiveness. However, after allowing it to settle for around 30 minutes, this perfume transforms into something truly delightful.
I acquired this perfume and I must say I enjoy it. After waiting for a significant period, I finally got my hands on it due to my fondness for patchouli. I think this scent is best suited for casual wear during autumn or winter days and nights. The opening is potent, similar to Fahrenheit's, in that it's intense but necessary for the transformation into a more refined and sophisticated fragrance. In my opinion, this perfume deserves at least 4.1 out of 5 stars instead of its current rating of 3.9.
