Nice scent! It's reminiscent of Dior Fahrenheit 32 to me. 🕰️
Praising slowness is essential: Roadster is the intoxication of speed (the top note) and the pleasure of slowing down (the heart and base); It's the refreshing breeze of acceleration, and the joy of meandering on small, winding roads in Devon, in a comfortable convertible where the previously roaring engine has been muffled... A true moment of perfumery, 9/10.
The concept behind Roadster is outstanding, combining a modern and classic elegance with aromatic and woody notes that are enhanced by the presence of woods. Although it begins promisingly, unfortunately, it ultimately becomes overwhelming with too much iso e super and synthetic elements, resulting in an inconsistent and cheap-smelling fragrance. It's disappointing because it had the potential to become one of my top choices for a sophisticated male perfume if crafted with higher-quality materials.
This perfume has a peculiar scent that reminds me of mint toothpaste and sickly chewing gum, giving off an unusual aroma that makes me think of the interior of a mouth. I struggle to imagine a man wearing this fragrance.
I made a blind purchase of this fragrance and my experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing, as it is extremely overpowering and dominated by its strong minty notes. I'm open to trading for another scent that better suits my preferences.
