🌸 A work of art fragrance that exudes serenity, unlike citrusy energizers. As it dries down, sweet notes emerge, leaving pleasant whiffs throughout the day. Not overly feminine nor masculine, this scent is effortlessly unique, although I crave more cardamom and cedar nuances. A staple in my collection now, offering a refreshing contrast to its EDP counterpart, which is thicker and sweeter. I adore both but appreciate their distinct personalities 😊

What a transformative effect time has on fragrance! Initially, I found this perfume to be jarring and unpleasant when I sprayed it in February, but my experience was dramatically different last night. The fresh and alluring aroma enveloped me, drawing compliments from my girlfriend who was impressed by the subtle yet persistent scent that followed me throughout dinner.

This is a light and refreshing tea fragrance that predominantly features green tea notes with a subtle fruity undertone. The green tea aspect is authentic, evoking the aroma of dry leaves waiting to be steeped. I appreciate the genuine representation of green tea, as many perfumes claiming to have this note often lack its true essence. The slight fruitiness adds a touch of subtlety, making it reminiscent of lightly flavored green tea. This is an easy-to-wear scent that unfortunately doesn't linger for too long on my skin - after about an hour or two, it's almost undetectable. I prefer the EDT version over the EDP counterpart due to its more appealing scent, but unfortunately, it lacks the longevity of the EDP.

The dominant impression I get from this perfume is a strong presence of bergamot, pepper, and iris notes, similar to the original but with a lighter tone. Unfortunately, neither of these scents resonates with me, leaving me unimpressed.

I purchased this perfume back in 2009 as my first personal choice during a European study stint, where it had a prominent green tea floral profile and dried down to a powdery scent on me. I instantly fell for its charm (my friend thought it was overwhelming, but I dismissed their opinion). After finishing one bottle, I stumbled upon an older version from 2012 at a discounted price. Upon returning home to my native country with its sweltering temperatures of 27-30 degrees Celsius, the pepper notes stood out starkly after just one spray. This caught me off guard. To recapture the original scent, I had to layer it with something more floral. I'm uncertain whether the perfume has simply lost its freshness or undergone reformulation. Nevertheless, I continue to wear it due to its pleasing spray mechanism.
