A smell that’s coming out of your washing machine after you took out your clean clothes. Warm & clean.
This literally smells like you sprayed a mix of water + your laundry detergent on your clothes. What I mean by that is that it doesn't exude the subtle scent of dry clean clothes that have been hanging outside on a sunny day. If this is precisely what you expected when looking into Warm Cotton (at least the Reserve blend, idk about the classic one), this ain't it. It still definitely smells like clean laundry though. So yes, you'll still get that fresh and ultra clean feel. But your clean clothes are also still wet. I enjoyed it while I had it but won't repurchase. I think I'll stick to linen spray if I want to prolong that soft freshly washed clothes scent-- or I'll just find comfort in clean musky fragrances for a more perfumey experience.
This absolutely smells like a floral scented dryer sheet. I guess I can see the association with "warm cotton" clothes coming out of a dryer. This scent is ok, but I'd prefer to keep this type of scent on a dryer sheet or laundry detergent and not wear it as perfume. If you are looking for that clean laundry smell that you get from a dryer sheet, then this would actually be a great choice for you. This is not a 'your skin but better' scent because it smells too much like those overwhelmingly strong artificial scented laundry products.
I get the dryer sheet in the dry down. Very detergent in the opening. I also agree with the Dawn dish soap comment. Great for spraying on linens, but there are better soapy smells out there to wear on your skin. Btw Acqua Neroli is my favorite from the line and I love wearing that one.
Outstanding Fragrance ! I haven't received that many compliments in some time ,,,it leaves a trail of fresh laundry behind you and people start asking you what you are wearing left and right. If you are looking for a clean laundry smell look no further. I finally found the perfect one. I have been looking for so long for that exact smell however this is better than I could have dreamed of. The beginning is quite strong and is truly like smelling into a liquid pot of laundry soap ( exert for warm cotton is even better than any I personal tried ) and from then on it gets better and better ,,,, the scent gets very strong , stays strong and fresh for hours upon hours and at night when you think it should be gone it still surrounds you with freshness. It's gets warmer toward the end with more musk and a hint of amberette and woods , still super fresh and doesn't change a lot but gets more cuddly toward the end rather than super clean and fresh. This scent is one of the best I know in its cathegory,and moved to my top shelf !
