Reviews

It’s not often I come across a fragrance that truly speaks to me. This one did in a big way. It feels complex and expertly blended. To me, it’s incredibly sexy and completely unisex—something I appreciate since I can wear it without hesitation. Another reviewer mentioned something mysterious about it, like recognizing a scent but not being able to pinpoint what it is. It’s almost like a code within my soul that lights up. The fragrance’s aroma is hard to describe, but when flowers and woods mix in just the right way, it captivates me. There's also a prominent anise/mint vibe that adds a fresh, familiar opening effect. The drydown is smooth vanilla, wrapping everything together beautifully. It feels like signature scent material, something truly special. The image I get is of a confident individual walking past you at the airport—someone whose presence makes you wonder about their life, name, and everything else. This perfume embodies that mysterious feeling, representing the enigma of it all in a way that’s hard to explain. For me, it’s a love affair with scent, almost like a masterpiece. 8.5/10.

I rarely find fragrances that truly capture my liking, but this one is something special. It’s complex and expertly mixed, creating a very sexy, unisex scent. As a guy, I can wear it without a second thought. There's this intriguing mystery about it that feels familiar, though I can't quite place it—almost like there's a hidden code within me that it triggers. It’s hard to describe its scent, but I love when flowers and woods are blended just right, especially with that prominent anise and mint vibe giving it a fresh opening. The smooth vanilla finish is the perfect touch. This one’s definitely a signature scent worth 21 points. I picture a confident, successful individual passing by at the airport, beginning to envision their ideal life—where they live, what their name might be, how wealthy they might be, and the details of their life. It leaves me with this mysterious sensation. It's a love of mine! An amazing scent, possibly even a masterpiece. 8.5/10.

I love how spicy and cozy it feels, thanks to the pepper, cumin, and milk notes. Plus, its sensuality is really important to me in a fragrance. While it does have some similarities to scents from Nu/YSL/, CN21 has its own distinct personality that feels much stronger and more layered than those references. It lasts an exceptionally long time with moderate sillage, making it perfect for cooler, misty days when you want something warm and comforting. For me, this perfume is simply delightful!

I really like this scent. It’s sweet and salty with a slight nasal quality—hard to put into words! It reminds me of the feeling of kissing someone with a cold, which is both intimate and a bit awkward, and it also makes me think of that Bjork music video where androids are making out, which feels like it's all about love and passion.

Absolute disaster! I loved Costume National Homme, but this thing is an absolute letdown. It’s supposed to be smooth, spicy, and wintery, but it’s just all over the place. The dry down is gross, and the projection is insanely overwhelming, making me feel like I was hit with a sledgehammer of cloying, obnoxious scent. This feels like something straight out of those bad 80s fragrances they talk about—super overpowering and cheap-smelling. I bought it on a blind impulse, thinking it might be good, but this is hands down one of the worst perfumes I’ve ever encountered. It’s got that jumbled opening, a weird heart that feels like it’s trying too hard to be impressive, and a sticky, headache-inducing projection that’s just way too much. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough—I ended up exchanging it for Hugo Boss Orange and Guerlain Homme instead. The shop owner was super nice about it. Smelling it again after some time, the dry down still stinks, which is just sad. Definitely do not blind buy this one! It’s a huge disappointment compared to what I usually like.
