Alien Eau Sublime is an absolute stunner, closely mirroring its EDP counterpart yet offering a lighter, fresher feel. The jasmine-forward fragrance is rich in floral elegance, complemented by enduring spicy-woody undertones. It's effortlessly wearable during warmer months, exuding a feminine, sultry, and sophisticated aura. Compared to the EDP, this version feels easier to wear, thanks to its gentler opening notes. A true masterpiece from Mr. Ropion—Outstanding work! A delightful scent overall.
Sublime shares a lot of its DNA with Alien, specifically with its herbal notes, giving it that familiar Alien vibe but in a lighter, more soapy-green way. There's also a hint of citrus in there. I really like it because it’s cleaner and feels more appropriate for daytime wear. Still, it retains that strong, powerful essence that makes it memorable.
Not usually a Mugler fan, but I decided to try this summer scent based on vlogger reviews. It has a strong lemon zest vibe, and the floral notes give it that "solar flower" feel. To me, it smells like citrus and sunflowers. Perfect for a summer day at the office!
I'm not a big fan of the original Alien fragrance, and this scent feels strangely close to it but with less depth. I prefer lighter and cleaner smells, so this wasn't really my thing. If someone loves the original, they might enjoy this one too, but I’d say approach it carefully if you’re not already a Mugler fan. To me, it feels like an older perfume, almost grandma-like in its maturity, even with different top notes. I was hoping to love it, but I won’t be joining the Mugler club because of this one.
The perfume is milder than Alien EDP, making it more approachable as a flanker version. It’s a discontinued fragrance, so if you appreciate its scent, it's best to purchase it while still available. However, I find the fragrance induces headaches for me personally, and I wouldn't consider it a must-have.
