I was really let down...it has a lovely aroma...but it just comes off as khamrah qahwa to me. I had hoped for an ice cream coffee vibe.
The scent is impressive, but I'm not sure where I can wear it. A couple of sprays last the whole day, and I can still smell myself every now and then, which shows how well it projects. I've gotten a few compliments, though, so maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it. I guess I'll have to wait until winter to see how it works in different situations.
I genuinely wanted to love this perfume, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The scent reminded me of coffee ice cream—sweet, sugary, with soft vanilla notes—but it was a bit too delicate for my liking. I could detect a faint coffee aroma, though it got lost among the other notes. Having recently explored Mancera and Montale perfumes, as per the buzz and my own sampling, I was expecting something more impactful. Unfortunately, the projection and longevity were only average. My quest for the ideal coffee fragrance remains ongoing.
I ended up with a Mancera scent that's left me a bit underwhelmed, even though it seems to hit the right notes for this particular fragrance profile. I have a decent collection of Mancera scents, and I was really excited to try this one given all the glowing reviews it's received. However, when I tried it, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I bought Rifaaqat a while back, which is similar to YSL's Babycat, and honestly, they're close enough that I don't feel the need to have both. While it's not exactly the same as this Mancera, it does share a similar backbone of spiced vanilla. If I didn't already have something like Rifaaqat in my collection, I might be more impressed. Still, it's a solid fragrance with decent longevity and a softer presence compared to what I'm used to from Mancera. The scent is creamy, spiced vanilla with a hint of coffee in the mix.
Sweet. Caramel vanilla. The coffee note is only present for just a few moments at the beginning. For the most part, this perfume is predominantly a sugary caramel scent.
