I was anticipating a sweet and indulgent gourmand fragrance, but unfortunately, this perfume did not resonate with me from the first spray. Given my aversion to incense notes, I should have expected that they would dominate the scent profile with a creamy undertone. My skin chemistry also seemed to react negatively to the combination of milk and incense, resulting in an unusual aroma that lingered for several hours – imagine the smell of room temperature milk infused with burnt wood chips. I'm surprised I didn't detect the coconut note that others have praised, and while I'm holding out hope that it may grow on me, my initial impression is not favorable.
This perfume emits a strong chemical aroma reminiscent of coconut shampoo or lotion. Its cloying sweetness is off-putting and gives it a youthful feel. Unfortunately, I'm not impressed. 🚫
The initial allure of this perfume is indeed intoxicating, with its rich, creamy, and milky vanilla notes that left me wanting more 🤩. I sprayed it liberally on my hair, neck, and wrist, anticipating a delightful experience. However, the fragrance took an unexpected turn, morphing into a scent reminiscent of baby's diaper cream and artificial powdered milk - a combination that's both jarring and perplexing 😕.
I'm impressed by the intricate layers of this fragrance; each time I detected its presence on myself, the notes seemed to shift in fascinating ways. However, not every moment was pleasant. Sometimes, it wafted sweet vanilla-like aromas, while at other times, it hit me with a pungent floral that left me feeling dizzy, or even a whiff of something reminiscent of urine 🚽 or an overpowering grandma vibe 👵👧. Despite its potential to be truly captivating (and indeed, I did enjoy it throughout the day), this scent didn't quite resonate with my body's chemistry ✋️
This perfume presents itself as a lush tuberose essence infused with rich coconut milk notes, which creates a creamy and fluffy musk base that's simply divine! The lactonic accord doesn't have that spoiled quality I often experience on my skin, instead it feels fresh, full-fat, and realistic - like drinking straight from the source. While I crave a slightly more pronounced vanilla aspect, I still find this scent to be pleasant in its natural state. And let's not forget its impressive longevity! 🌹👏
