I'm genuinely disappointed that my experience with this fragrance didn't live up to the hype, as others seem to have had a more impressive and luxurious mango milkshake-like experience. While I found it pleasant, fruity, and slightly creamy, it ultimately felt one-dimensional and failed to impress me. For the price, there are other fruity-creamy scents that I prefer. Furthermore, I'm not sure how green mango is supposed to smell compared to ripe mango, which seems to be a crucial distinction for some reviewers below. Unfortunately, I couldn't detect any distinct notes in this fragrance. Another Xerjoff disappointment for me.
Tested this perfume today and initially, I was delighted by its burst of fresh mango, which left a lasting impression on me. However, the scent soon shifted towards an unpleasantly sour and nauseating tone. Upon reviewing the notes, I noticed milk is listed, which now makes sense given my reaction.
I made an impulsive purchase without researching and ended up disliking it after trying it out twice. If someone is looking to grab this at a discounted price, I'm happy to connect them with the seller.
I recently acquired a sample of this perfume about a month ago and I am utterly enamored with its captivating aroma! Initially, the scent strikes me as fresh and ripe mango, with an authentically naturalistic quality. After several hours, it evolves into a creamier, almost milky chocolate-like fragrance reminiscent of mango. Finally, in the drydown, creamy vanilla emerges, resulting in a truly beautiful and distinctive fragrance that I would consider purchasing if it were available at a more affordable price.
Oh no, I'm really disappointed! The perfume has a strong grassy note and it's just not what I was hoping for, especially since I was excited about the possibility of finding a great mango scent 😭
