Reviews

Avoid purchasing the Juicy Couture Gold Couture cologne—it’s overpriced.

This perfume smells just like a low-quality copy of something much more expensive. It’s being sold for 50 times its real price, which is really frustrating. And the creator, Morrillas dude, seems to have a bad habit of creating these cheap-ass clones.

Jeremy’s all about getting those compliments and making sure ladies react, trying to convince himself he knows what he’s doing and what you need. He keeps pushing unisex perfumes these days, but Jeremy takes it a step further with boring names like "Office" and "Date." His main goal seems to be creating something like Aventus, a fragrance that’s loved by everyone (but do we really need another Aventus copycat?). You can’t make a fragrance appealing with crazy claims like it’s the best ever or using phrases like "immortally masculine OUD, super sexual vetiver." His flashy marketing might seem fancy, but it’s actually pretty tacky and not mature. I’m not sure who he’s targeting, but at this price point, I don’t think he’ll have much luck selling these. It’s hyped right now, but that won’t last forever unless he decides to sell tacky clothes along with his perfumes.

There’s a lot of negativity surrounding this fragrance, and I’m not entirely sure why, but it might have something to do with the creator. Still, I have a lot of respect for Jeremy and his drive—he definitely puts in the work. However, when it comes to fragrances, I firmly believe they should be evaluated solely based on their quality as products. The scent itself is quite appealing—sweet and juicy with a massive mandarin orange vibe. It reminds me of JPG’s Ultramale, but instead of pear, this one has a tangy mandarin note. As the fragrance dries down, it starts to resemble Hugo Boss’s The Scent Private Accord, which I find interesting. I’ve heard that JPG Ultramale is often marketed as a clubbing scent for men, but in my opinion, this feels more like a clubbing fragrance than a dating one. A good dating scent should be deeper, darker, and more sensual—something that’s both intoxicating and naughty. That’s just my personal take on what makes a great dating fragrance. One thing I noticed is the packaging—it looks a bit plain and doesn’t really stand out. The atomizer feels cheap and doesn’t add any premium feel, though it does spray a decent amount of scent. I’m hoping Jeremy will continue his promotions, making it easier to get at a discounted price—usually around $140–$160 for 100ml. **Scent Breakdown:** - **Initial Scent:** 7/10 – I’m not the biggest fan of the orange notes, but if you like Ultramale, this could be a good alternative. - **Dry Down:** 8/10 – The sweetness fades, leaving a fruity and woody finish that reminds me of Hugo Boss’s scent. - **Longevity:** 8/10 – Better than Office for Men, likely due to the sweet nature of the fragrance. - **Projection:** 9/10 – It has a strong presence, especially if you’re into juicy scents. Overall, I’d give it an 8/10.

Power: A bold and commanding fragrance.
