I initially fell head over heels for this fragrance, but unfortunately, its synthetic nature has grown tiresome to me. The ambroxan dominates the scent on my skin, making it unpleasantly strong. Perhaps it would be more enjoyable when caught in the air. As someone who favors natural ingredients, I'd recommend this only to those who don't mind a highly artificial, slightly harsh fragrance. It's not something I'd typically wear to work, but it could work well in that setting.
It seems that combining significant quantities of ambroxen and orris in your perfume formula results in an unappealingly pungent dry down that has a peculiarly animalistic quality to it.
