DKNY Delicious Night

This perfume exudes a sensuality and distinctiveness. Lately, I've developed a fondness for incense notes in fragrances. Nonetheless, it can be challenging to find a scent that doesn't appear dated or is excessively exclusive and pricey. I believe the blackberry and incense combination works remarkably well. The fruity aspect lends a youthful touch while enhancing its wearability. There's undoubtedly an enchanting, mystical quality to this perfume. It seems intended for someone seeking to make a statement without being overwhelming. On the other hand, it isn't so overpowering that others would take offense. The scent has decent projection and longevity, gradually mellowing down to a more subtle, skin-like presence after approximately an hour or two. At its most alluring and refined, this is when I find it most charming. Currently, I have a purse spray on hand; considering the reasonable price point, I'm contemplating investing in a full-size bottle.

One of my standout perfumes from the Donna Karan range! I have a soft spot for fragrances in this category, similar to Amor Amor Tentation and Slava Zaitsev Nikita - I adore all three! But this particular scent really stands out for me!!! 😊

This scent starts off with a bold, masculine aroma that's reminiscent of berry-citrus and wood, but as someone who typically wears men's fragrances, I'm not a fan of this one. The opening notes give way to a heart note that suddenly appears when the top notes fade away. While I haven't had a chance to fully explore the base yet, my initial impression is that it's a dark, musky floriental fragrance. Unfortunately, this scent has several issues: the top notes overpower the rest of the fragrance, making for a poorly balanced blend; its longevity and projection are lacking, even in an arid climate like mine; the combination of scents feels unharmonious; and while it smells synthetic, the notes suggest a variety of botanical ingredients.
