This perfume is remarkably reminiscent of YSL Y!, with a striking resemblance at the onset, although this dissipates somewhat as the fragrance dries down. While its longevity doesn't quite match that of its counterpart, I'm still impressed by the value for money here.

I was testing out a fragrance at school for an extended period, with a notable moment when someone complimented me on wearing Yves Saint Laurent perfume after four hours.

I've had the pleasure of sniffing YSL's Y a gazillion times, but without actually owning it! From my experience, I can attest that this is indeed YSL Y, although with a slightly sweeter opening (approximately 90% similar). I'd confidently recommend it as a blind buy, especially for guys - I don't see anyone disliking its scent. 🤔 Scent: 8/10 Performance: 9/10 (it projects well for 2-3 hours and then dries down to a subtle skin scent that lasts around 6 hours) Blind Buy: 10/10 I think it's an excellent signature scent suitable for any occasion, throughout the year. I'll let this perfume mature further and update my review later!

Honestly, this perfume has a pleasant scent, reminiscent of YSL's Y, although its longevity is underwhelming. I've found that it typically lasts only around three hours, even on days when the weather is not particularly harsh. Nevertheless, its fragrance remains enjoyable throughout its duration.

Honest assessment: YSL Y EdP is surprisingly subdued and refined, retaining its DNA while offering a more laid-back character that I appreciate. Six spritzes provide an impressive 8 hours of wear, with the fragrance effortlessly filling a hallway without becoming overwhelming - as I've been informed. Additionally, it receives numerous compliments and adapts well across various seasons.
