mom likes it, but to me it's too musky, was expecting a sweeter scent since everyone said it smelled like fabric softner (I guess I use a different brand from everyone else) plus had allergic reaction :( good thing amazon gave me a refund.

And thus my search for the perfect laundry fragrance continues. There is nothing fresh or laundry about this. It's clean but only in the verrry artificial sense. It's less laundry detergent, dryer sheets, or clothes fresh out of the dryer and more bathroom cleaner. It's exceptionally sharp in a headache-inducing way. I already had a headache when I put my decanted sample of this on, and now it's worse. I can't believe there aren't aldehydes listed as a note because that's all I get from it. If you want to smell like you sprayed bathroom cleaner onto your wrists, go ahead and pick this up. Because of that aldehydic sharpness, I'd say it smells exactly like Demeter Laundromat, which is way cheaper.

I always love this when I first put this on but as the day goes by it smells too powdery or musky for me. Almost all of the CLEAN line has this musty undertones. I almost like them but they fall apart for me.

It smells like Tide. It was given to me as a gift and I like it, but I spray it on my clothes and my linens more than I do on my body. It's great, but I feel like I could *maybe* just take some Tide and water, mix it in a spray bottle, and do the same thing. In fact, I may do this now, compare, and get back to you! CLEAN scents are relatively cheap, but Demeter has similar fragrances for less. But it's a nice laundry musk and very comforting.

Again... I bought this in a quest to find the perfect soapy fragrance, but was disappointed to frank. Don't get me wrong, it smells exactly like it's name: fresh laundry with hints of soap.... BUT..... This is categorically a masculine fragrance. In fact, it reminds me of how my grandad used to smell after his morning wash and shave: a fresh and clean manly smell. So very very disappointed with this as I thought I couldn't go wrong with it
