One of my all time favourites. It was accessible and classy at a time when I needed something cheap. One of the first Aqua fragrances I was aware of, and I still have a handy 100ml bottle lurking at the back... It's so tall! It's neither the most refined, nor sophisticated but it smells wonderful and has been around for a majority of my life and I'm glad it has! Medium in longevity and projection but big on class and distinction.
A really beautiful composition: happy, elegant, botanical, sensual--lots of interesting contradictions. Grapefruit, Freesia; Lavender, Amber, Orange, Geranium; Soil, Leather, Oakmoss, Lily. This has the cheerfulness I associate with Harry Fremont. (To me, it bears absolutely no resemblance to Cool Water, Polo Sport, or Eternity.)
Never tried Polo Sport or Eternity but to an untrained nose, you would smell like every blue fresh fragrance. great for the high heat and it has some kick to it with the fougère notes. Good pick up for those who like an affordable and reliable fragrance.
Aqua Quorum = Polo Sports by Ralph Lauren 75% & Davidoff Cool Water 25% with lots of mint. This what it smells. This one is great summer scent. Projection is light but people can smell u, The projection stays 3 to 4 hrs. The longevity is 6 to 7 hrs. If u like polo sports with mint touch , this one is lighter version of it. Worth trying.
Nice Aquatic but a little heavy on the cardamon. It does have similarities to Polo Sport. As far as 90's aquatics go this is a nice non-cloying alternative to many of the usual suspects. For me there is something like a fresh bread dough in the dry-down - due to the cardamom note - slightly strange but somehow it works. In my opinion this is an aquatic meant to be worn in cool weather but if your looking for a lone aquatic to wear this summer (because you don't own one) and you don't want to pay more than 15-20 bucks (because aquatics aren't your favorite thing) it can still work for you. Not overwhelmingly synthetic smelling - a gentle aqua with a subtle masculine moss & powdered dry-down. Let's face it you don't hear aquatic and fougere thrown out together that often so if you're into unusual aquatic fragrances it's worth a try. Surprising considering the low price.
