A symphony of pure honeyed tobacco notes harmonizes with styrax and rose, evoking the quintessential essence of tobacco. This perfume serves as a benchmark for all other tobacco scents, much like Guerlain Vetiver is revered in its category. Regrettably, Serge Lutens has re-released it under their exclusive collection, leading to an alarming price increase.
I've encountered a scent that perfectly embodies the essence of sweet pipe tobacco, with each note standing out distinctively to my senses. It's truly exceptional, earning a solid 9 out of 10 from me!
I've finally discovered a Serge Lutens fragrance that resonates with me! After trying numerous others, I was underwhelmed by their fleeting nature. The descriptions of this particular scent piqued my interest, despite our non-smoking background. Instead of tobacco, it presents as a spicy and smoky accord. The dry down is consistent, retaining its strength and allure for hours on end. A true winner in our book! 🔥
I stumbled upon a great deal on a bell jar and decided to take a blind chance on this perfume. Despite mixed reviews, I'm absolutely blown away by its complexity - it's like a rich, deep fog that's also surprisingly light. The perfect blend of honey, tobacco, and vanilla has me hooked. In my opinion, it outshines Tobacco Vanille, which I also adore. Plus, its unisex quality makes it suitable for both men and women. As someone who typically prefers sweet feminine scents, I don't find this too masculine, while my boyfriend loves it despite not being a fan of "girly" fragrances. This perfume has me hooked - I've worn it nonstop all day! HIGHLY recommended. Interestingly, I can almost swear I've smelled something similar to it before... and I have - Andy Tauer's Vanilla Flash is quite close in my opinion. Give it a try if you enjoy this scent! 🔥
The contrasting opinions on this perfume are intriguing, with those who criticize likely focusing on the initial hour, whereas fans of the fragrance probably appreciate its drydown afterwards.
