Mon Jasmin Noir, a standout Bvlgari fragrance that stole my heart! 💕 The combination of jasmine and nougatine, laced with delicacy and white flowers, was irresistible. When I first saw the ad campaign, I knew I had to try it. Its visuals were incredibly alluring. Unlike Jasmin Noir, which is an oriental floral scent, Mon Jasmin Noir exudes a more youthful, cheerful femininity. I snagged it on sale at Strawberrynet and was transported by the sweet aroma of white flowers, unexpectedly paired with nougatine's scrumptious scent. As the citrus top notes fade, the Sambac jasmine note is surprisingly delightful. The patchouli accords perfectly balance this fragrance's personality. Nougatine and Virginia cedar add a creamy softness with a hint of gourmand charm. Its elegant bottle, adorned with a black ribbon, feels like a perfumed dream come true. It may not be suitable for everyday wear, but I'd recommend it to all my friends. 🌸
I had an opportunity to contrast this perfume with L'exquise and I must confess that I favor the latter more substantially. This fragrance is indeed very crisp, not as sugary - I could distinctly detect a woody/effervescent Coke-like note subtly overlaying the floral accords. If anything, it reminded me of Estee Lauder's Youth-Dew; it appears to be suitable for an older crowd that appreciates refined scents.
I bought this scent thanks to its impressive advertising featuring Kirsten Dunst and a lion - she looked stunning, and I wanted to feel like that (a sucker for clever marketing). Unfortunately, once I got it, I struggled to find a spot in my fragrance collection. As a result, I've started wearing it to bed instead. While it's not terrible, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. But, it does leave my sheets smelling lovely... 😊
This perfume bears a striking resemblance to Christian Dior's Fahrenheit.
The scent has a strikingly tart quality to it when applied to my skin, with a prominent animalic presence that is quite unusual. It bears a resemblance to certain fragrances from the House of Jean Patou.
