That passion fruit note is such a tease. It's not there! This is angel, and to me, coco mademoiselle. ** UK niche samples - let's swap! **
Angel minus the honey and chocolate notes + some NR. Yes, it does smell like others have said. I love the whole Mon Parfum line and this one is really beautiful
I am basic and I am perfectly ok accepting my basicness 😂 my wardrobe is a mess of mass appealing scents and basically what I’m saying is I’m your average consumer. Oh boy, this perfume tho, isn’t a good blind buy at all. It’s got a mere smidge of coco Mademoiselle but hardly even recognisable if I didn’t read the reviews. It feels citrusy, acidic, sour, a bit earthy sometimes but NOT sweet. Feels like a unisex perfume to my girly preferences. Sold it not long after receiving it. I know taste differs but it’s rather bland imo. There’s no WOW factor, nothing remarkable, a little masculine even. Not for me. I have tried the Cristal version too and it’s MEH. Tbh Micallef is overrated. They’re all over YouTube and most of their scents are very mediocre. Lacking a little oomph but again taste is subjective. My honest thoughts.
Uhhhhhhh...yeah...no. Not at this price! Tangerine, orange blossom, vanilla, fruits, patchouli, musk, toffee. Notes come, notes stay (shortly), notes go. A pretty, gentle, delicate, utterly feminine fragrance. Lots of orange blossom, lots of tangerine. Dries down to a warm, creamy, fruity vanilla scent. Wears completely close to the skin. Zero silage, zero staying power. Barely detectable. Totally unforgettable. There are thousands of fragrances on the market exactly like this one for a fraction of the price. This is definitely a pass.
Tragically I think this smells great but I can never wear it for the same reason I cannot wear Narciso Rodriguez For Her: the very specific kind of musk they share makes me feel dizzy and nauseous until it dries down completely. I am not someone who is often sensitive to perfumes so I guess it’s just one of those things. But I can at least appreciate the drydown. It has a lovely tartness to it that offsets the patchouli nicely.
