Grabbed a blotter of this EDT along with the EDP while rushing through the airport! So I take this with a grain of salt. This is CK One, people who smell this while passing by will think CK One! Sweetish lemon, orange blossom supported by some slightly bitter bergamotty like notes on a base of drift wood (the salty aspect is very present), musk and a good dose of ambroxan … I think … I could tell better if I had it on skin. Unlike CK, this lasts on the blotter quite a while (12th hour and I can register the blotter across the table) and I can’t see any reason why this longevity shouldn’t transport somewhat to skin. This is the better CK One decades late. After discovering that very few scents of the blue and/or citric category ever left a lasting impression on me, this will be worth a few wears. I typically wear Petit Matin in warmer seasons. It can feel very parisian at times and will fall short outside of this context. Bleu Noir Extrême‘s salt accord on a bed of musks and light woods will feel rather rugged in comparison. Where PM feels metro, this one will make you feel like a Deep Water Soloist. Conclusion? I’m sitting now at the mediterranean coast and regret not to have snatched it cause it‘s casual feel and versatility translates better to this region and would be perfect for these days here.
Exquisite composition by Sonia Constant, radiating an smooth aura of inviting and supreme sophistication. There is a delicious opening of icy green mandarin and basil; fine, fresh ... Blended with a heart of sensual cedar, seductive musk and mysterious ebony. I have the three fragrances from the Bleu Noir collection by Narciso Rodríguez: For me, this EDT Extreme is a step further on the path started with the original but in a smoother and "aerial" direction. This new version is fresher but deeper, and softer but more seductive - in my experience - than the first EDT (which is safer and more versatile throughout the year). It makes a perfect match with the EDP to cover all the situations to get closer... The juice has excellent quality, but be careful: It's a fragrance of delicate nuances, so it is not for rude noses: Projection is soft - just as it must be a true classy scent -. Possibly, it won't be loved by "loud" guys. - Duration & Projection: Moderate to soft; for me it's a long lasting subtle projector: + 8h of refined scent waves. - Mood: Cool, seductive, masculine, inviting... - Age: >25. - Scenario & Ocassions: It can be used at any time, but will shine especially on spring, summer and early fall sunsets... - Conclusion: An elegant, contemporary and excellent "designer" release. I just love it.
Smells like Terre d'Hermès eau Givree
Smells very generic, nothing special about this fragrance. Smells like every other typical mainstream perfume. Also has no longevity. You'll have to keep this fragrance in your back pocket and refresh yourself every hour. 👎👎
One of my favorite perfumers Sonia Constant created this Bad Boy. Absolutely gorgeous a head turner for sure a blue sexy A/F fragrance w that NR twist. I'll take this over BDC anyday all day! ✌ n ❤
