Plus, its longevity is impressive – it lasts for a couple of days even after showering! Two moderate spritzes behind my ears and I'm ready to take on the day! 💫

I am absolutely enamored with this sublime fresh fragrance! It exudes an aura of refinement, purity, and invigorating freshness, making it a true find for someone seeking a crisp, clean scent. The opening notes are striking, with a vibrant burst of citrus and subtle white floral hints giving way to a rich, woody musk dry down. While it does mellow out to a skin-like presence, I continue to catch glimpses of the entire fragrance profile throughout the day, making it well worth reapplying frequently. In fact, I'm so taken with this scent that I find myself craving the entire AU range, including the laundry detergent!

Here is the paraphrased comment: Update: I bought a new bottle from Maxaroma and was surprised to find it identical to old bottles in terms of the Lilly of the valley and lemon fading away. It's now a strong white musk scent, with no floral or citrus notes for me - definitely returning it 😐. I once received a sample from Lucky Scents and loved it, but maybe they've reformulated it. The Frederic Malle Eau de Magnolia remains consistent in its bright Lilly of the valley and citrus notes 🌼. This was my go-to citrus/white floral scent, with Lilly of the valley being my favorite white floral note. High-quality ingredients here 👍. One issue I've noticed is that if you don't use your new bottle within a few years, the Lilly of the valley and lemon notes fade, leaving it musk-dominant and unpleasant for me 🤕. If you purchase from Maxaroma or other authorized retailers like MFK, Bloomingdales, or Lucky Scents, you might get a fresh bottle that will stay fresh for a few years. I've found a clone of the Frederic Malle Eau de Magnolia that doesn't have the strong musk note and I think it'll remain crisp and fresh for longer than AU 💧. It's not sweet and has a great lemon/bergamot citrus, with a strong magnolia note 🌿. So if you've had the same issue with AU becoming too musky, try FM Eau De Magnolia as an alternative 👌

It's a pleasant fragrance, yet unfortunately, it largely reminds me of a nice hairspray. In my opinion, it's not justified by the price tag. While it does have a fresh and unisex quality to it, which gives me some similarities with CK One, albeit without the floral sweetness typically associated with that brand – although I don't consider them dupes, more of a shared aesthetic.
