I came across this perfume on sale and decided to buy it without testing it first. I’ve tried Code Cashmere and Satin, which are on my wishlist, so I thought this might be similar. The scent begins very sweet. Then it transitions into a citrusy, cologne-like aroma, almost masculine. There’s still a hint of vanilla floral in the background. I’d only suggest this to men who enjoy sweet scents. It doesn’t have the same warmth as Cashmere, so I’m not sure if I like it. I keep it by my bed and use it before going to sleep or when I wake up in the morning. It’s a light, sweet everyday fragrance but lacks depth for me.
Since I got it, I've been wearing it every day—whether at the gym, in bed, or just running errands. I think I might be falling in love with this scent! The vanilla notes linger even after two hours of sweating it out. I really like how it smells—it's fresh and light, almost like a cleaner version of an iconic fragrance. The opening is bright citrus with a sweet, warm heart that feels comforting. The vanilla pod base is something else; it sticks to my nose more than any other scent I've tried. There's a powdery quality to it that's almost animalic, with hints of leather. It’s warm, sexy, and inviting all at the same time. The sillage isn’t the strongest, and it doesn’t last as long as some others, but for $17.50 for a 50ml set, I can't complain! Overall, this is one of my new favorites.
It’s super sweet without being overwhelming, which I actually kind of love. It reminds me a bit of root beer, which is kind of unique. I’m not sure if anyone else would get that reference, though, so I’d love to hear if others think the same or if I’m just projecting. As for sillage and longevity, it’s got medium sillage and decent longevity, making it great for the office because it won’t linger too much or overpower anyone.
I love it! It’s a sweet but fresh fruity citric fragrance that has a unique charm, and it feels soft and gentle too. I’d choose this one for everyday wear during the day or on warm summer evenings. Long-lasting too!
I decided to buy a bottle after sampling it. People might have different reactions though, since it lingered on me for about seven hours. It reminded me a bit of surgical spirit—I'm thinking of the sweet scent you'd get when getting your ears pierced as a kid. I can't quite place what that was, but I'm really captivated by it. It's unlike anything I've tried in recent times—something very different from my usual preferences. I've been on a quest ever since discovering Angel as a teenager—it's like I'm always searching for that perfect scent.
