Reviews

The perfume lacks a unique selling point aside from its elegant packaging and visual appeal. Unfortunately, the fragrance itself is underwhelming, which is particularly frustrating considering its premium price tag. I would expect more from a luxury brand like Louboutin.

I purchased a full bottle mainly due to the brand ambassadors' kindness, as they gifted me several samples to share. The packaging is also stunningly beautiful, and I'd love to keep it on display forever. However, unfortunately, the perfume itself is lovely but poorly lasting - after three days of showering, the scent vanished within an hour each time. What a shame, as I essentially bought a luxurious decorative item worth over $300 😔

It commences with a dry sandalwood and a light, citrusy note reminiscent of lemon grass, clearly courtesy of Cypriol. While the opening is decent, I've noticed that this collection's fragrances really come alive around 2 minutes in, when they start to unfold. As it wears, it develops a creamy, slightly sweet quality with a subtle citrus brightness. The blend is well-executed and smooth, lacking any harsh edges. This scent becomes surprisingly cozy and comforting. Although it's not my typical cup of tea, I must admit that it stands out as a favorite from the line. However, its uniqueness isn't enough to justify the hefty price tag or warrant inclusion in my collection.

Woody, slightly sweet, and powdery perfume that's probably the most conservative of the collection. I'm not particularly fond of this one, but the bottle design is quite appealing to me. This fragrance lacks the sweetness of tonka bean found in JML Myrrh & Tonka, which makes it uninteresting and uninspired. It doesn't bear any resemblance to Santal 33 in my opinion.

Woody, slightly sweet, and slightly powdery perfume that's probably the tamest in this collection. I don't particularly enjoy it among the others, except for the bottle design which I find appealing. This fragrance reminds me of JML Myrrh & Tonka without the tonka bean sweetness, making it uninteresting to me. It doesn't share any similarities with Santal 33, in my opinion. After further testing, I found that the scent becomes soft and powdery throughout the dry down, lasting an impressive 24 hours overall. Despite not being able to pinpoint why, I ended up liking it. This perfume is indeed tame and suitable for everyday wear, although its price point may be too high for average consumers. It's certainly a product with a designer feel.
