This perfume has a truly distinct character, reminiscent of rich, savory notes, such as those found in aged, cured meats 🤯.
It begins with a striking resemblance to Santal 33 by Le Labo, before evolving into a sophisticated blend of fig and woody notes. To me, it's truly captivating. I'm perplexed by the negative feedback, as this perfume resonates with my sensibilities.
Le Labo Santal 33 is amplified to an incredible extent! I absolutely adore it, and it seems that those around me do too.
I'm enchanted by the bottle's heavy and unique design. The scent's longevity is truly remarkable, with the papyrus note being incredibly prominent. I'd describe it as a spicy woody fragrance, where the papyrus stands out in a similar way to Lelabo Santal 33, but this one boasts an impressive staying power that surpasses its counterpart.
I received a sample from my fragrance consultant to test out, and after applying a small amount, I was hooked and ended up purchasing the perfume immediately. Nonetheless, I detected a subtle leather note in the background that didn't quite mesh with the rest of the scent. As time went on, the fragrance evolved into a powdery texture with lingering notes of leather that reminded me of body odor. The smell clung to my clothes, skin, and persisted relentlessly. Louboutin perfumes often have one dominant note that undermines what could be an excellent fragrance; I've experienced this issue with three of their scents so far.
